Review : Sales team very good,Not had much to do with the servicing side. Got myself a good deal (imo!).

Review : Sales Team excellent (Thk u Howard)
But the servicing and warranty chase upas are appauling. My S2 has been back sooo often now. Failed to do proper lock changes.. had to get Hethel on the case and they *instructed* Lovetts to do the work properly. Also they refuse to repair the damage to the bodywork caused when the indicators fell out (as they do the the Elise S2)

Review : expensive, but the service isn't too bad. Have to tell them what's wrong with the car though and tell them to fix it well in advance otherwise they just tell you what's wrong at the end of the day without having fixed it! sales guys are nice enough nick and howard are the chaps to speak too.
