Review : A little hard to get through to on the phone, mainly engaged tone. They take longer than others to reply to e-mails, but after finding the exact same item cheaper elsewhere, they price matched as a goodwill gesture and refunded me (post order!) the difference (an amazing 63% of the cost of the cheaper item). Just waiting for the item. Cant fault that.
