Review : Fantastic service from all of the guys at Plans - did a fantastic job with the servicing and setup on my Elise. All of them are really helpful and very friendly - happy to listen to what the customer wants and happy to share their advise as well. Really can't praise Plans enough - any Lotus is safe in their hands.

Review : Well priced, excellent customer service, polite, knowledgeable staff. Made a special effort to go out of their way to pick me up from my home to collect my car when it was difficult for me to get to them. A couple of small misses which were rectified immediately but to my complete satisfaction. The set-up on my car is superb - it's never felt more balanced and 'right'. Very highly recommended.
