Review : Found a car in Autotrader on the Friday booked to see it on the Tuesday in the mean time the owner had sold it to Strattons on the Monday afternoon. I phoned Strattons and explained the situation Strattons understood and agreed to sell me the car for the same price as was advertised in Autotrader and gave me the full customer service and attention as if paying the full forecourt price. I can not fault Guy in sales. Will def go back when I change my Elise.

Review : I recently had to send back a part on warranty. The general service on the phone is still good but I feel let down by a few issues. Firstly they agreed to send the replacement part but to charge me until the factory (Lotus) would agree to the warranty. As it was a damper, I needed it urgently. I can understand why they have done this, but after legal advice I have been told that they should not have charged me what so ever, my contract is with them as the supplier, not the factory. On top of this, it took nearly 3 weeks for this process, I was eventually refunded £100 but with £9 missing, only to be told that they are also charging the carriage, something I wasn't aware of when I made my first phone call, I was specifically told I would be refunded the full amount, circa £109. I made a polite call to the Parts Manager who would not refund the remainder, not even out of good will, mainly because they couldn't get the postage cost from Lotus, and would not fund this themselves. It's not the amount but the principle, I'd already paid the carriage on the original deliver and to send the item back. Unfortunetly they've lost my business for the future over a small issue.

Review : Excellent: Guy Munday was very approachable and easy going and really knows his lotus stuff. Gave me loads of contacts to try for insurance, driver training and driving holidays. Insurance guy, Mark Abbott (Cheam), came in with best quote by a long way! Will see how good they are for service when car arrives!

Review : Excellent service, patient sales manager(!), good after sales - particularly with warranty repairs. Only moan is that they left off three screws after an accident repair which was later spotted by Sinclaires.
