Welcome

The club is based in Cardiff, the capital city of Wales and was formed in 1966 when two of the oldest clubs in the district amalgamated (Roath Park R.F.C. 1889 and Spillers R.F.C. circa 1920). We run 1st and 2nd XV teams and a veterans XV which play from September 1st until May 6th every season. The club's ground is at Roath Park Recreation Ground and the clubhouse is also based in the Roath District of Cardiff about 400 metres from the city centre (and night life).

Having finished as runners-up in the Cardiff & District Premier Division for the past 2 seasons, this summer the club was invited to join the national league set up.

As such, the club will be playing in W.R.U. National League Division 6 Central" and this looks like being an exciting season for the 'Sarries'.

WINTER TRAINING NOW TAKES PLACE EACH WEDNESDAY FROM 6:15 - 8:00 AT WILLOWS HIGH SCHOOL, WILLOWS AVENUE, TREMORFA CF24 2YE
