Best Elise for £15,000

Hi Guys,

As there as so many variants of the Lotus Elise around and i am fairly new to the car, i was wondering what the best Lotus Elise would be for my budget of £15,000? I would like to emphasise 'acceleration'!!

A 135 S2 may be? Some say the best combination of reliability and extra power with the K-Series engined Elise. On the other hand you could get an older standard S1 for 9K or 10K (depends which one you prefer the look of really) and then change the head or add a super charger.

You want a Vauxhall Vx220 Turbo then!
Then when you want to really scare yourself , get it Stage 2 remapped and feel the full 270lb/ft Torque,. Awesome!
